Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor: Nights

Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements while establishing a compassionate environment through direct support to residents and families. Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence and implement rules and regulations to maintain a safe, clean working environment. Manage documentation of resident care services, answer questions and requests from residents and staff, and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. Requires a valid RN license with minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience and familiarity with EHR and Prescribing programs.
