Job Summary
Night-shift RN Supervisor at Washington Center leads nursing staff to deliver resident care from 11 PM to 7 AM in Argyle, NY. Responsibilities include scheduling and assigning nursing staff, fostering a compassionate environment for residents and families, answering questions from residents and staff, enforcing safety and regulatory requirements, safeguarding confidential information, documenting resident care services, promoting collaboration among health-care teams, and ensuring high-quality care. Requires RN license, at least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience, proficiency with EHR and prescribing programs, strong communication, and leadership abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
- Strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
