Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- At least 6 months of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide direction, supervision, and performance feedback to nursing staff
