Job Summary
Lead nursing staff to ensure residents at Moravian Hall Square receive high-quality care during overnight hours. Conduct resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status, review and revise plans of care, and implement physician orders while supervising LPNs and nurse aides. Administer medications as prescribed, foster a culture of safety, and complete thorough investigations and reports accurately. Collaborate with the RN Clinical Coordinator to monitor clinical practices and support staff development. Work Monday–Friday, 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., with a competitive pay of $41–$43 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in nursing supervision
- Must have caring, compassionate, and honest qualities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must maintain a current CPR certification
- Must be vaccinated against Influenza
- Must be age 18 and older
Desired Qualifications
- Five (5) years preferred, in nursing supervision
- Experience preferred in Gerontology Nursing
