Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Night Shift

Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements while establishing a compassionate environment through direct support to residents and families. Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence and maintain a safe, clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations. Manage documentation of resident care services, answer questions from residents and staff, and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. This part-time night shift role requires a valid RN license with at least three years of Long-Term Care experience, familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs, and strong communication skills.
