Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Night Shift

Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements while establishing a compassionate environment for residents and families. Answer questions and requests from residents and staff, implement rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment, and monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence. Manage documentation of resident care services and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. Requires a valid RN license, minimum three years in long-term care, and familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs. Night shift from 11 P.M. to 7 A.M. at Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a 122-bed facility in Argyle, NY.
