Job Summary
Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements. Provide support to residents and families while establishing a compassionate environment. Answer questions and requests to inform residents and staff. Implement rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment. Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence. Manage documentation of resident care services and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. Requires a valid RN license, three years of Long-Term Care experience, and familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs. Part-time and Per-Diem positions available with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and Daily Pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 3 years Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
