Job Summary
The RN Supervisor coordinates patient care and services, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating care according to patient needs and Life Care standards. Responsible for directing licensed staff and CNAs, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring quality, compliant care within an interdisciplinary team; maintains patient rights, safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct; supports evacuation procedures and upholds Life Care policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
- Current active RN license in good standing
- Two years nursing experience (geriatric nursing experience preferred)
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation and must remain current
