Job Summary
RN Supervisor coordinating patient care and services in a post-acute Life Care setting. Leads licensed staff and CNAs, ensures high-quality care, adherence to laws/regulations and Life Care standards, collaborates with patients and families, and supports a multidisciplinary team. Requires RN license, 2+ years nursing experience (geriatric preferred), CPR certification, strong decision-making, communication, confidentiality, and compliance with Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Two (2) years nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and must remain current
