Job Summary
RN Supervisor for post-acute care: coordinates patient care and services, promotes quality care through collaborative care planning with patients and families, leads licensed staff and CNAs, assesses patient needs, develops plans of care, and communicates effectively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient well-being and adherence to Life Care standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
- Current RN license in good standing
- Two years nursing experience (geriatric nursing preferred)
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (must remain current)
