Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements while establishing a compassionate environment through direct support to residents and families. Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence and implement rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment. Manage documentation of resident care services, answer questions and requests from residents and staff, and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. You must hold a valid Registered Nurse license with at least three years of Long-Term Care experience, be familiar with EHR and prescribing programs, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
