Job Summary
Clinical and operational leadership role supervising GI and anesthesia nursing services within the GI/Pulmonary Lab. Oversees nursing and anesthesia staff, coordinates staffing and resources, and manages the daily flow of surgical cases to ensure timely starts and efficient room utilization. Serves as a clinical resource and liaison among physicians, nursing staff, and hospital departments; drives quality, compliance, and patient care standards; mentors staff, supports performance and morale, and assists with budgeting and cost-effective resource use. Requires BSN, RN licensure, BLS certification, and a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience with prior leadership; schedule is Full Time (First Shift, Monday–Friday, 40 hours).
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience with prior leadership experience
- Procedural care knowledge in surgical/endoscopy environments
