Registered Nurse ( RN ) Supervisor

Job Summary
RN Supervisor oversees nursing staff and coordinates clinical care during assigned shifts (3p-11p and 11p-7a) in a skilled nursing facility. Responsible for proper documentation and adherence to facility policies, provides direct patient care when necessary, and manages admissions, discharges, and transfers. Communicates with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams; responds to emergencies and resolves issues promptly. Requires current New Jersey RN license and 2+ years of nursing experience (preferably in long-term care) with prior supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills essential for resident-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
