Job Summary
Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements. Provide support to residents and families while answering their questions and requests. Implement rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment. Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence. Manage documentation of resident care services and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs. Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
