Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Evenings

Oversee evening nursing operations from 3pm to 11pm, ensuring quality standards of care are consistently maintained for residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Support and direct nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, while serving as the clinical Supervisor for resident care concerns, admissions, and emergencies. Review documentation, physician orders, and care plans for accuracy and compliance, ensuring the nursing department remains compliant with all state, federal, and facility regulations. Assist with mentoring, coaching, and developing nursing team members while communicating effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary departments. Promote a positive and professional atmosphere throughout the shift.
