Job Summary
RN Supervisor — Evening Shift at Cooperstown Center overseeing resident care, scheduling and directing nursing staff, and maintaining a compassionate environment for residents and families. Responsibilities include providing information to residents and staff, ensuring safe and compliant operations, monitoring confidential information processing, managing documentation of resident care services, and promoting collaboration among healthcare teams. Requires an RN license, 3+ years LTC experience preferred, familiarity with EHR, strong communication, and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
