Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Evenings

Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit, including establishing and implementing employee policies and procedures. Mentor less experienced nurses by offering clinical and career advice while maintaining the standards of care for the unit. Review resident records, monitor overall care, and address questions or complaints brought forward by residents or their families. Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management and oversee individual resident cases. Requires a valid NYS RN license, two years of long-term care experience, and one year of charge nurse experience. Located in Minoa, NY, this evening shift role offers daily pay and premium Aetna health coverage.
