Registered Nurse| RN Supervisor| EOW

Supervise all floor nurses and staff to ensure care meets established standards, resolve conflicts, and replace absent personnel. Review doctor's orders for residents, oversee assessments, and coordinate care with families and healthcare providers. Assist with calculating daily staffing needs, manage emergencies, and enter admission orders in ECS. Update leadership on important resident situations and request supplies from Central Supply. Work part-time 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm on weekends only. This role supports older adults and persons with special needs at Westminster Winter Park, a not-for-profit community service organization.
