Job Summary
Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements. Provide support to residents and families while answering their questions and requests. Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence and implement rules for a safe, clean environment. Manage documentation of resident care services and promote cooperation among health care teams. Hold a valid RN license with at least three years in long-term care. Work the evening or night shift at Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 174-bed facility in Cooperstown, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
