Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

The RN Supervisor coordinates patient care and services, promotes quality care through a collaborative process, and works with patients and families in accordance with laws and Life Care standards. Responsibilities include directing licensed staff and CNAs, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing plans of care, ensuring patient rights and safety, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding professional conduct and compliance with company policies. Requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing and active RN licensure, with two years of nursing experience (geriatric experience preferred) and CPR certification.
