Job Summary
Deliver top-notch, resident-centered, compassionate care while building genuine connections with residents and families. Lead as an RN Supervisor in a Long-Term Care facility, ensuring reliable, passionate, and dedicated supervision of nursing staff. Requires a valid New Jersey RN license, three years of nursing experience, and prior supervision experience in an LTC setting. Full-time shifts available including 2nd and 3rd shifts plus every other weekends. Competitive pay up to $100K with shift differentials. Required Qualifications
- Valid/ Active NJ RN license
- 3+ years of nursing experience
