Job Summary
Supervise nursing staff during assigned overnight shifts and oversee medication administration, treatments, blood draws, and resident care. Conduct routine nursing rounds throughout the facility, mentor and educate the team while promoting quality care, and communicate directly with residents and families regarding care needs. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator to maintain a safe, resident-focused environment. Requires a current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license with strong leadership and organizational skills. Full-time overnight schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with daily pay available.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Passion for delivering exceptional resident care
