Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements while maintaining a safe, clean environment through rule implementation. Support residents and families to establish a compassionate atmosphere, monitor confidential information processing, and manage documentation of care services. Answer questions and requests from residents and staff, promote cooperative relationships among health care teams, and ensure resident confidence. Hold a valid RN license with at least three years of Long-Term Care experience, demonstrating strong team leadership and familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs. Work shifts from 4PM-12AM or 12AM-8AM.
