Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements while establishing a compassionate environment through direct support to residents and families. Answer questions and requests from residents and staff, implement rules and regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment, and monitor confidential information processing to promote resident confidence. Manage documentation of resident care services and maintain cooperative relationships among health care teams. Hold a valid RN license with at least three years of Long-Term Care experience and familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs. Work evening or overnight shifts at Ellicott Center's 160-bed facility in Buffalo, NY.
