Job Summary
Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements while establishing a compassionate environment for residents and families. Implement rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment, and monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence. Manage documentation of resident care services, answer questions and requests from residents and staff, and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. Requires a valid RN license, minimum three years of Long-Term Care experience, and familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs. Full-time and part-time evening shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and weekends available.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
