Job Summary
Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements, while answering questions and requests to provide information to residents and families. Implement rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment, and monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence. Manage documentation of resident care services and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams by providing support to residents and families. Requires a valid RN license, minimum three years in Long-Term Care, and familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs. Evening shift and every other weekend schedule available with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
