Job Summary
Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations. Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing. Manage documentation of resident care services. Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams. This Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor role at Granville Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing requires a valid RN license, minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience, and familiarity with EHR and Prescribing programs. Schedule includes FT & PT evenings from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and PT weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
