Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements while establishing a compassionate environment for residents and families. Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence and maintain a safe, clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations. Manage documentation of resident care services, answer questions and requests from residents and staff, and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. Hold a valid RN license with at least three years of Long-Term Care experience.
