Job Summary
RN Supervisor responsible for scheduling and assigning nursing staff, providing support to residents and families, answering questions and requests, and maintaining a safe, confidential, and compliant environment. Oversees documentation of resident care services, promotes teamwork among health care professionals, and ensures quality care. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license, at least 3 years in Long-Term Care, proficiency with EHR and prescribing programs, strong communication, and leadership as a Team Director for staff. Evening shift experience noted. Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is part of Centers Health Care Consortium.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
