Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor needed at Boro Park Center (Brooklyn, NY) to oversee nursing staff and resident care in a 510-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include scheduling and assigning nursing staff, maintaining a compassionate environment for residents and families, answering questions from residents and staff, ensuring a safe and clean workplace with compliant rules, protecting confidentiality of resident information, documenting resident care services, fostering cooperative relationships among healthcare teams, and guiding staff to deliver high-quality care. Requires an active RN license, minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience, familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs, strong communication and computer skills, and proven leadership as a Team Director.
Required Qualifications
