Job Summary
Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood. Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance, making arrangements for replacements as necessary. Assist the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel. This weekend shift role requires a current State license as a Registered Nurse with at least two years of experience and CPR certification. The position involves working every weekend from 8-4:30. Required Qualifications
- Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR
- Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills
