Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - 3p-11p

Plan, develop, organize, and direct nursing services for assigned floor residents. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining adequate stock of medications, supplies, and equipment. Review staff complaints and grievances, making necessary reports to the Director of Nursing. Assist in developing comprehensive nursing assessments for each resident and make nursing and aide assignments. Encourage staff participation in outside training programs. This role supports the Director of Nursing in an 88-bed skilled nursing facility specializing in short-stay rehabilitation and long-term care.
