Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct, compassionate patient care in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facility. Responsibilities include conducting thorough health assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and therapies, monitoring responses, performing wound and IV care, catheters, and respiratory treatments, providing patient and family education, documenting care in EHRs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to advocate for patients and ensure safety. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s), and an active, unrestricted RN license. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills are essential; prior experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing)
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or acute care setting is preferred but not required
