Registered Nurse (RN) - Step Down

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per shift and unit basis. Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated while supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Maintain competency of clinical staff and manage resources related to patient care. This role offers up to $15,000 in sign-on bonus based on eligibility.
