Job Summary
Provide direct or indirect professional nursing services for crisis services, including nursing assessments, planning, interventions, evaluations, health-related education, case management, and execution of the medical regime. Administer medications and treatments prescribed by authorized personnel while adhering to a trauma-sensitive, co-occurring, person-centered, and recovery-oriented treatment philosophy. This full-time role involves four 10-hour shifts with varying days, currently recruiting for evening and night rotations. Annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $76,500 plus holiday, shift differential, and benefits. Applicants must hold a valid Oklahoma RN license and meet specific educational and experience requirements based on their assigned level.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Nursing
- valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Registered Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- Associate in Nursing
- one year of professional nursing experience
- two years of professional nursing experience
- three years of LPN experience in psychiatric nursing
- occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds
- able to push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds
- submit to urinalysis to test for drugs
- negative drug test result
- work weekends
- work overtime
