Job Summary
PRN Weekend RN position in Little Rock, AR for STAT Home Health. Requires overseeing patient care, coordinating the plan of care, and timely completion of Oasis, 485, and order submissions. Supervises and mentors clinical staff as needed and ensures compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations. Eligible for ESOP with company-paid ownership and mileage reimbursement; part-time benefits included. Qualifications include active Arkansas RN license, 1 year of relevant clinical experience (RN or LPN), CPR certification, strong time-management skills, and reliable transportation for home visits.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
- Current CPR Certification
- Compassionate and great time management skills
- Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
