Job Summary
Supervise patient care and coordinate all aspects of the care plan, including initiating and updating documentation in Oasis and 485. Complete order submissions timely and assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws while resolving problems and investigating complaints. Orient and teach other clinical personnel when needed. Requires a current Louisiana RN license, minimum one year of clinical experience as an RN or LPN, and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
