Job Summary
Complete Start of Care assessments, skilled nursing visits, and comprehensive patient evaluations throughout East Orlando and surrounding Orange County areas. Develop individualized plans of care, manage wound care and medication administration, and educate patients and caregivers on treatment and safety protocols. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and the clinical team while documenting OASIS data and electronic medical records accurately. Maintain independent field operations, report significant condition changes promptly, and adhere to Florida regulatory standards. Requires active Florida or compact nursing license, current CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Weekly pay and per-visit compensation apply.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse license or active compact nursing license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout East Orlando and surrounding Orange County communities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous home health experience preferred
- Start of Care and OASIS experience strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage visits independently and meet documentation deadlines
