Registered Nurse - RN - St. Louis Rehab Hospital

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in an inpatient rehabilitation facility. Maintain professional accountability for care delivery, evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers, and coordinate patient care with other departments. Ensure patient rights and confidentiality of information are upheld while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. This role offers 12-hour night shifts with part-time or full-time availability. Experienced RNs receive up to $10,000 in sign-on bonuses, while new graduates earn up to $5,000. The facility serves patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal-cord injuries, amputations, burns, and orthopedic conditions through a multidisciplinary team approach. Bridging programs support career advancement from ASN to BSN and BSN to MSN.
