Registered Nurse - RN - St. Louis Rehab Hospital

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Work 12-hour night shifts in a state-of-the-art facility specializing in rehabilitation for stroke, spinal-cord, and orthopedic injuries. No contract required; eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs or $5,000 for new grads.
