Registered Nurse - RN - St. Louis Rehab Hospital

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Work 12-hour night shifts in Chesterfield, Missouri, at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital. Experience a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs or a $5,000 bonus for new graduates. No contract required.
