Job Summary
Assess clients for services, determine clinical eligibility for programs, and develop care plans while collaborating with an energetic interdisciplinary team to support individuals who receive services in the community so they can continue living in their own home. No weekends, evenings, nights, holidays, or on-call expectations. Flexible work options include telecommuting/remote work after six months, with after-hours scheduling flexibility (start times around 8:00–9:30 a.m.), and potential for a 4-day or 4.5-day work week. Location-based duties centered in Waltham, MA with a Massachusetts RN license and at least one year of relevant clinical experience in community or long-term care settings. Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- At least one year of clinical experience in either a community or long term care setting
