Job Summary
Registered Nurse on the 7E Surgical Spine and Knee/Hip Replacement unit. The role emphasizes post-operative spine care across cervical, thoracic, and lumbar disorders, with collaboration alongside PAs and a dedicated Nurse Practitioner. Magnet-status hospital with clinical ladder for growth. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient care in a 30-bed unit, handling post-operative spine patients, and operating within a high-acuity surgical environment. Key skills/requirements include BSN (or enrollment to obtain within 3 years), BLS, 1-2 years med/surgical experience preferred, and ability to work a full-time night shift (7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) with weekend commitment and two holidays per year.
