Registered Nurse (RN) – Special Float Pool (PRN Nights)

Provide direct patient care across ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical Telemetry in a PRN float pool spanning Memorial Belleville and Memorial Shiloh campuses. Role requires minimum 2 years of acute care experience; open to ADN, BSN, and MSN prepared nurses. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of care within nursing standards; ensure patient and family-centered care; promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; participate in professional development; collaborate with interprofessional team to develop and document individualized plans of care; perform telemetry interpretation and strong IV therapy skills. This safety-sensitive position operates within a flexible, night-shift schedule (PRN Nights 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) with shift differentials for nights, weekends, and holidays; RN career ladder supports competency-based advancement while remaining at the bedside.
