Registered Nurse (RN)- Special Care Nursery

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for neonates, adolescents, and adults while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Collect and document comprehensive health data, maintain privacy, and apply the nursing process to meet unique physical and psychosocial needs. Coordinate care plans, manage resources for discharge planning, and adhere to strict medication administration standards and infection prevention protocols. React to changes in patient condition by activating response teams and utilizing the nursing process to ensure safety. Maintain a safe environment through fall prevention, restraint use, and proper patient-handling procedures.
