Registered Nurse (RN) Special Care Nursery Level II

Provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physician, family, and patient. Assist with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborate across disciplines for patient transfers, discharge, and referrals, while evaluating learning needs and providing education. Work as an advocate for physical and emotional well-being, requiring critical thinking and decisive judgment in a stressful environment. Report to the Director or Manager of Department.
