Registered Nurse (RN) SPA - Part Time

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care through outcome identification and evidence-based practice. Administer, monitor, and document therapeutic interventions while effectively managing rapidly changing situations. Coordinate patient care by communicating and collaborating extensively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, care needs, and safety issues. Delegate and monitor care rendered by other members of the nursing department. Participate in orientation, education, development, and performance improvement activities to maintain professional and departmental competencies. Requires critical care and surgical peri-anesthesia experience with a valid NJ RN license. Part-time schedule of 20 hours per shift in Marlton.
