Registered Nurse (RN)-SOLERA WEST HOUSTON

Oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending physicians. Assess, report, and document patient conditions and changes in accordance with clinical policies, state/federal guidelines, and EMR systems. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while receiving, transcribing, and executing physician orders. Direct, monitor, and coordinate the timely delivery of quality patient care by subordinate staff and implement individualized care plans. Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into daily delivery.
