Job Summary
Conduct admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents; manage medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; administer medications while adhering to infection control, emergency, and center policies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide optimal outcomes and identify, then report all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel. Maintain Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening compliance.
