Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) role at Solaris HealthCare Coconut Creek involves admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians and administration; adherence to infection control and center policies; collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes; identification and reporting of abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy. Requires an active Florida RN license, CPR certification, and completion of Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
